Japan’s official Twitter account for the mobile title, NieR Ré[in]eyelet, shared Christmas-themed illustrations of several senior cast members huddled together to decorate a tree. It’s pretty cute.

You can see the tweet from the official account initially sharing this new illustration below:

The mobile game received its Western release earlier this year, in late July, and is currently heavily supported with a Twitter account and the official Discord server. Congratulations to Square Enix and the development team for reaching this milestone.

NieR Ré[in]eyelet presents a girl who wakes up in a mysterious place. Guided only by a creature known as “Mum,” the young girl sets out to recover what has been lost and atone for her sins. Inside what is called the Cage, she will find her answers.

During the game, players will fight monsters using a control screen. Additionally, there are gear that can be found and customized in your party with an auto mode option that attacks enemies. The game is meant to be easy to play, even for those who are not good at games.
